About the Role:
The Warranty Supervisor based at our Al Khobar HQ will lead and manage end-to-end OEM warranty operations, ensuring timely claim processing, compliance with manufacturer standards, and continuous improvement of warranty processes. You will oversee a team of warranty specialists, drive root cause analysis initiatives, and deliver clear reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administration of OEM warranty claims and processes
- Manage and submit warranty claims through various OEM portals
- Ensure compliance with OEM warranty policies and conduct regular technical audits
- Perform root cause analysis on warranty failures and drive corrective actions
- Monitor warranty performance metrics and produce detailed reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with service, parts, and finance teams to streamline warranty workflows
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of warranty staff
- Liaise directly with OEM representatives to resolve complex warranty issues
Required Qualifications:
- 7–9 years of experience in OEM warranty administration and claim management
- Proficiency with OEM portals and ERP/DMS systems for warranty processing
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and technical auditing
- Strong knowledge of warranty compliance standards and best practices
- Advanced reporting skills, including data analysis and presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in quality management, automotive warranty, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience with major ERP/DMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Previous leadership experience within a warranty or service department
