Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize menu items, recipes, and food presentation across the brand
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation in all outlets
- Create innovative dishes aligned with the brand concept and market trends
- Train and guide kitchen staff on food preparation, plating, and kitchen standards
- Monitor food cost, portion control, and kitchen efficiency
- Work closely with management on menu planning, promotions, and product development
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Corporate Chef / Brand Chef
- Strong knowledge of food costing, menu engineering, and kitchen operations
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent leadership and training skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets/operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
