Key Accountability:
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods.
Ensure the full adherence to warehouse operation procedures.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
Ensure warehouse staff properly understands their job duties (job descriptions).
Ensure warehouse staff trained and have the tools and equipment needed to carry out their respective job duties.
Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
Oversee & continuously monitor the performance and activates of the warehouse operations.
Monitors the quality of materials (near to expire, damaged, defrost..etc.) and reports any issues to the concerns.
Report & justify of defective or expired materials for disposal.
Regular maintains the storage rooms organized and ensure all materials are properly stored & placed in the appropriate areas in order to achieve a maximum utilization of area in the facilitated locations.
Ensure & inspect the loading area, & storage room’s cleanliness, maintained, housekeeping and secured in the warehouse.
Comply with safety & quality standards.
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
Lead monthly stock count and reconciliation.
Lead disposal process and update system accordantly.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
Minimum 4 years in WH operation with good knowledge and proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency. Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data preferred having SAP experience.
