Warehouse Picker Jobs in Dubai at Final Destiny HR Consultancy
Initiate and manage communications with clients through phone calls, emails, and letters, ensuring clarity and professionalism to facilitate timely repayments.
Investigate and analyze account histories to identify reasons for non-payment, tailoring strategies for each debtor’s unique situation.
Negotiate repayment plans with debtors, balancing the company’s interests with the need for customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and communications in the database, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred to provide a solid foundation for understanding financial principles.
At least 2 years of experience in debt collection or credit management, demonstrating a track record of successful negotiations and recoveries.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for collections management, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Fluency in additional languages, particularly Hindi , is a plus, enabling communication with a broader range of Clients .
