Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of painting crews.
- Plan work schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
- Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation before painting.
- Monitor painting work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Train and guide painters on proper techniques and procedures.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain progress reports and site documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor or Senior Painter.
- Strong knowledge of painting methods, coatings, and surface preparation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read project drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
