Job Purpose
Manage and operate the central warehouse for household glass products efficiently to ensure accurate receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution while enhancing organizational structure and minimizing waste, damage, and loss. Lead the team effectively while ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders and external shipments with precision.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the central warehouse and oversee all operations related to receiving, storage, dispatch, and shipping.
• Lead the warehouse team and allocate daily tasks based on operational priorities.
• Supervise the receipt of container shipments and organize the unloading process securely for fragile products.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for incoming products and prevent damage or incorrect handling.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting and documentation of stock movements.
• Implement safety standards for handling glass products and prevent accidents or mishandling.
• Maintain records of inventory and generate reports on stock levels, damages, and discrepancies.
• Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and productivity.
• Train staff on safe handling and storage practices for glass products.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
