Job Summary
Vision Industries LLC is hiring a precision-oriented Metal Fabricator to transform raw metal sheets and profiles into high-quality finished assemblies. You will work from engineering drawings to cut, shape, position, and weld components. If you take pride in raw craftsmanship and have hands-on experience in UAE fabrication shops, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and work directly from engineering blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.
- Fit, position, and tack-weld metal parts using MIG, TIG, or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
- Set up and safely operate fabrication machinery, including shears, brake presses, grinders, and rollers.
- Measure and inspect all work using calipers, tape measures, and squares to ensure strict tolerance compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in structural steel or custom metal fabrication within the UAE.
- High proficiency in MIG and TIG welding across steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and basic mathematical aptitude.
- Technical or ITI certificate in Fabrication/Welding is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
