Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize warehouse layout and ensure materials are properly stored and labeled.
- Monitor raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Manage warehouse employees and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure proper handling and safe storage of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of goods received and issued.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management procedures and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare regular inventory and warehouse operation reports.
