Working Schedule: 6 Working Days per Week + One Weekly Day Off

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews across social media platforms.
- Engage with online communities and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Monitor brand mentions and online conversations.
- Address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Escalate customer concerns to the relevant departments when required.
- Track community engagement and provide feedback and insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationals Only.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
