Warehouse Driver Jobs in Dubai at Kapico Group Holding Company
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Driver to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials from the warehouse to various locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE Manual Driving License, good driving skills, knowledge of UAE roads, and experience in warehouse/logistics transportation. The ability to operate trucks, vans, and other company vehicles safely is essential.
Age Range
- 25–40 years
Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License – Mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse driving, logistics, transportation, or a similar role.
- Experience driving commercial vehicles.
- Experience in loading/unloading goods and supporting warehouse operations is preferred.
- Clean driving record with good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and regulations.
Key Result Areas / KPIs
- Timely Deliveries: Ensure all goods and materials are delivered according to the assigned route and schedule.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow UAE traffic laws, company safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery notes, trip sheets, transport records, and other required documents.
- Customer Service: Maintain professional communication and conduct when dealing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Vehicle & Goods Safety: Ensure proper handling and secure transportation of goods to prevent damage or loss.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesTransportation
- Transport goods, materials, spare parts, and other items from the warehouse to client sites, ports, branches, and other locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and within the scheduled timeframe.
- Follow assigned delivery and collection schedules.
Vehicle Operation
- Operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the assigned vehicle.
- Ensure all vehicle documents and licenses are valid and available.
Loading & Unloading
- Assist warehouse staff with loading and unloading goods when required.
- Verify goods against delivery notes, invoices, or shipping documents before departure.
- Ensure goods are properly secured before transportation.
Vehicle Safety & Maintenance
- Conduct daily basic vehicle inspections before starting trips.
- Check tyres, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, and other essential vehicle components.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean and in good operating condition.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, fuel records, and other transportation documents.
- Obtain customer acknowledgements/signatures for deliveries where required.
- Report delivery delays, route issues, accidents, or other problems to the supervisor promptly.
Skills & Competencies
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License – Mandatory

Language Skills
- English: Basic to good communication skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or other languages will be an advantage.

Mandatory Requirement
Candidate must hold a valid UAE Manual Driving License and have a minimum of 3–4 years of relevant driving/logistics experience.
Pay: AED2,051.52 – AED3,824.40 per month
