We are looking for a F&B Digital Operations & Menu Specialist to optimize our restaurant’s presence on delivery platforms, enhance menu performance, and drive online sales. This role requires a deep understanding of food delivery platforms, menu engineering, and digital strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Optimization & Performance:
Develop, optimize, and continuously update digital menus to maximize conversions and sales.
Ensure high-quality visuals, descriptions, and pricing strategies for all online menus.
Implement data-driven decisions to enhance product visibility and profitability.
Delivery Platform Management:
Oversee restaurant listings on aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, Careem, Uber Eats).
Manage platform promotions, discount campaigns, and special offers.
Monitor platform performance, order trends, and competitor strategies.
Resolve operational issues related to online ordering and delivery logistics.
Sales & Growth Strategy:
Analyze data from delivery platforms to improve sales and customer retention.
Identify best-selling items and develop strategies to boost underperforming ones.
Work with marketing teams to drive online campaigns and promotions.
Develop and execute loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
Operational Efficiency & Coordination:
Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of online orders.
Improve food packaging and presentation for delivery optimization.
Monitor and enhance order preparation time to meet delivery SLAs.
Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards on digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Experience in restaurant delivery operations, F&B e-commerce, or menu engineering.
✅ Strong knowledge of food delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc.).
✅ Analytical mindset with experience in sales tracking, pricing strategies, and promotions.
✅ Excellent coordination skills between kitchen, marketing, and delivery teams.
✅ Proficiency in data analysis, customer insights, and digital marketing tools.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
