We are looking for an experienced (Head Auto Mechanic) to join our car garage in Sharjah Industrial Area.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in vehicle mechanical repair and maintenance
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems efficiently
- Experience working with different vehicle brands
- Knowledge of engine, suspension, brake, and transmission systems
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team
- UAE experience is preferred
- Lead and manage a team of mechanics to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and increase lifespan of equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Train and mentor junior mechanics to develop their skills and knowledge
- Perform regular performance evaluations of the team and provide feedback to improve performance and productivity
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical issues
- Perform maintenance and servicing work
- Inspect vehicles and identify required repairs
- Ensure quality and safety standards are followed
- Coordinate with workshop advisors and technicians
- +5 years of experience as a head mechanic
- Experience in leading a team of mechanics
- Strong knowledge of automotive technology and repairs
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if necessary
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
