Assistant Machine Operator Jobs in Kuwait at Confidential
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and set up machines during the production cycle.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, efficiency, and other operating parameters.
• Conduct inspections of components accurately and ensure measuring tools are properly maintained.
• Operate production lines and monitor production activities in coordination with the Machine Operator.
• Support efforts to improve machine performance and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Immediately report equipment breakdowns or emergency faults to the Machine Operator and direct supervisor.
• Monitor the feeding of raw materials or components into production machines.
• Perform assigned activities on the production line and ensure smooth operations without disruptions.
• Operate and test machinery regularly to ensure proper performance.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Minimize production waste while maintaining approved quality standards.
• Monitor the condition of the dough and return any dough that does not meet specifications before it enters the oven, in coordination with the Machine Operator.
• Coordinate with the Dough Mixer Operator to adjust production process conditions as required.
• Adjust the rounding process on the cutting and rounding machine according to the required product specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of approved units, defective units, and finished products.
• Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records.
• Follow up on periodic machine maintenance records and submit updated records to the direct supervisor.
• Follow professional ethics, prioritize the company’s interests, and avoid conflicts of interest.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor.
