Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests by providing efficient and courteous service, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure all items meet quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout the meal.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including dining tables and side stations.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage items.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.

Pay: AED1,300.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
