Petology Vet Clinic is hiring an experienced Professional Pet Groomer to join our grooming team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform full grooming services for dogs and cats
- Bathing, drying, brushing, deshedding, dematting, nail trimming and ear cleaning
- Hair trimming, shaving and breed-specific haircuts
- Safely handle nervous, aggressive and difficult pets
- Identify and report any skin, ear or coat abnormalities
- Maintain grooming equipment and keep the grooming area clean and hygienic
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding grooming requirements
- Take clear before-and-after photos of pets
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven professional pet grooming experience
- Strong skills in both dog and cat grooming
- Ability to perform different haircut styles independently
- Knowledge of safe pet-handling techniques
- Good English communication skills
- Clean, professional, reliable and punctual
- Able to work under pressure in a busy veterinary clinic
- Must currently be available in the UAE
