Waiter/Waitress – Premium Brand Jobs in Dubai at INDEX Integrated Platform Company
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise on menu and products selections.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards.
- Order and maintain inventory of both chiller and non-chiller products.
- Describe and advise on patisseries selection.
- Describe menu items for customers.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
- Balance cash and record sales.
- Provide customer service to assist clients/guests with special needs
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter.
- Directly related experience within a full service concept.
- Well-developed communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate cash register including debit and credit transactions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food & beverage products, techniques and practices.
- Working knowledge of food & beverage preparation and presentation.
- Demonstrated understanding of food & beverage health & hygiene standards.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
