- Set up and clear tables, including arranging cutlery, glassware, napkins, and tableware.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to their requests.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Process bills and payments accurately, where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Follow hotel food safety, health, and safety procedures.
- Assist with banquets, conferences, weddings, and other hotel events when required.
