Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff
Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options
Upsell menu items and promote special offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
Handle cash and process various forms of payment accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Qualifications
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Keen attention to detail in order-taking, food presentation, and maintaining a clean work area
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies in the restaurant industry
