Job Overview

The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the company’s inventory and storeroom. He is responsible for maintaining organized records of stock, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring that supplies are readily available when needed. The Storekeeper also plays a key role in maintaining the security and cleanliness of the storage area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that they align with physical stock levels.

· Organize and maintain an efficient layout of the storage area for easy access and retrieval.

· Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent stockouts.

· Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

· Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and propose action to minimize wastage.

· Inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and condition.

· Ensure that all materials and products are stored in appropriate conditions to prevent damage or spoilage.

· Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.

· Collaborate with procurement, purchasing, and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate availability of supplies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
