A Waiter/Waitress is on the front line ofguest interactions and as a Hospitality Ambassador for the resortshould always provide prompt and courteous service delivery to allguests. You will be one of the key influencing factors in guestsatisfaction and as such it is your responsibility to ensure thatguests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in ourfood and beverage outlets.
Your main duties and responsibilitiesare to work as a team within all departments ensuring the timelyand efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets. You willhave complete knowledge of the menus beverages services andfacilities provided by the resort and continuously develop yourprofessional skills to further increase
guest satisfaction
