The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front-of-house operations, driving team performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all service periods.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 7+ years’ restaurant management experience in upscale or casual upscale dining.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 20+ FOH staff.
- Strong guest service and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing labour costs, inventory, and operational budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant systems, reservations, and service standards.
- Adaptable to multicultural environments and diverse teams.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Flexible to work extended shifts, 6 days per week.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Salary: KD 500–750 per month (All Inclusive)
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, and leading front-of-house teams. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations and assume responsibility for the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in upscale or casual upscale dining operations.
- Experience supervising and motivating teams of 20+ staff.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
- Ability to assist with scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and operational procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, professional, and service-oriented.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, ensure service standards are maintained, and support management in delivering an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will lead by example, supervise service teams, and ensure efficient restaurant operations during each shift.
