We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress/ Cashier/ Barista to join our new Lebanesse restaurant located in Jewel of the Creek, you will work in a stunning, modern environment, along with the breath taking Dubai Creek. You will be the face of our venue, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Warmly greet guests, guide them through the menu, and make recommendations.
- Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately process food and drink orders using our system and deliver them promptly.
- Floor Management: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment in the dining and bar areas, clearing tables efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments accurately and handle the till.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a Arabic/ Lebanesse cuisine/ restaurant.
- A positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to remain calm and smile under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong multitasking abilities and physical stamina to be on your feet for long shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
