We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks according to restaurant service standards.
- Communicate orders clearly with the kitchen team.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Fluent in Urdu/Hindi with working knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Pakistani or South Asian restaurant.
- Basic Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
