VILLA MANAGER ( Local Family)

Responsibilities:

Provide the family members with personalized service to create a memorable and unique experience
Cultivate workplace relationships and diversity.
Develop and motivate team members through capability development.
Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for the parties are delivered on time.
Supervise daily housekeeping and Butler staff to ensure that the house is organized at all times.
Managing Household budget, organizing social events & parties.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a hospitality or related industry
Proven work experience as a House Manager or similar role
Bachelor Degree in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and focus
Flexibility in working hours and ability to work on weekends and holidays
Relevant training and/or certifications as a House Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
