We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach, build partnerships, and enhance our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the organization’s presence in Dubai and beyond.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
Develop strategic partnerships that align with the mission of Small Steps Big Dreams.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and expansion opportunities.
Represent Small Steps Big Dreams at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
Prepare and present proposals to prospective partners and clients.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to implement business growth strategies.
Track business performance, client feedback, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (preferably in the education or special needs sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Knowledge of the UAE education sector and regulations is a plus.
