We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Videographer & Content Creator to lead the production of premium visual content that strengthens our brand, showcases our property portfolio, and drives engagement across digital platforms.
Job Summary
The Senior Videographer & Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content for property marketing, corporate branding, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in real estate content creation, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for producing compelling visual stories that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Photography
- Capture high-quality photos and cinematic videos of residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
- Produce professional property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Film corporate events, project launches, agent profiles, client testimonials, and company activities.
- Ensure all content reflects the premium image and brand standards of Space and Place Properties.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and content ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Produce high-performing short-form videos, reels, market updates, educational content, and behind-the-scenes features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative content strategies that increase engagement and lead generation.
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
- Apply professional color grading, motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in videography and content creation.
- At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Proven portfolio showcasing premium real estate videography, photography, and social media content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop
- Experience creating high-performing content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of AI

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
