AURMAK is hiring a Technical Product Operations Lead to own the operational and technical backbone of our venture and delivery environment. This role sits at the center of engineering execution, product operations, and cross-functional coordination across our London, Dubai, and Lahore network.
You will not be a support role. You will be the operational owner who removes setup friction, drives structure, and enables leadership to focus on strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical infrastructure operations across GitHub, Google Workspace, and core stack environments (AWS, Supabase, OpenAI).
- Manage operational delivery rhythm across client and internal product tracks.
- Coordinate specialist output, including social media execution aligned to AURMAK’s positioning.
- Build and maintain high-quality commercial/technical assets (pitch decks, profiles, briefs).
- Run recruitment operations for technical roles, including job adverts and initial screening.
- Prepare operational and technical packs for SLT meetings, including agendas and progress data.
- Enforce disciplined weekly execution standards and governance controls.
Requirements
- Strong command of modern technical operations and digital tooling ecosystems.
- Proactive not reactive.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and solve operational problems before escalation.
- Experience managing specialists/freelancers against clear KPIs and milestones.
- High standards in structured communication and professional documentation.
- Excellent written English.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
