Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales across:
- Pet shops
- Veterinary clinics & hospitals
- Expand distribution and onboard new clients across UAE
2. Veterinary Engagement
- Build relationships with vets and clinic owners
- Recommend pet food based on:
- Breed, age, and health condition
- Conduct product training sessions for clinic staff
3. Product Positioning & Education
- Act as a technical expert on pet nutrition
- Educate customers on:
- Ingredients
- Health benefits
- Feeding guidelines
- Support premium and prescription diet positioning
4. Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Ensure all products comply with:
- Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (animal feed approval)
- Dubai Municipality (label registration)
- Assist in documentation for product registration if required
5. Merchandising & In-Store Execution
- Ensure strong shelf visibility and stock availability
- Execute promotions, bundle offers, and sampling
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing
6. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Track sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Provide market insights (customer preference, fast-moving SKUs)
- Align with marketing for campaigns and activations
