Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales across:
  • Pet shops
  • Veterinary clinics & hospitals
  • Expand distribution and onboard new clients across UAE

2. Veterinary Engagement

  • Build relationships with vets and clinic owners
  • Recommend pet food based on:
  • Breed, age, and health condition
  • Conduct product training sessions for clinic staff

3. Product Positioning & Education

  • Act as a technical expert on pet nutrition
  • Educate customers on:
  • Ingredients
  • Health benefits
  • Feeding guidelines
  • Support premium and prescription diet positioning

4. Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Ensure all products comply with:
  • Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (animal feed approval)
  • Dubai Municipality (label registration)
  • Assist in documentation for product registration if required

5. Merchandising & In-Store Execution

  • Ensure strong shelf visibility and stock availability
  • Execute promotions, bundle offers, and sampling
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing

6. Sales Planning & Reporting

  • Track sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Provide market insights (customer preference, fast-moving SKUs)
  • Align with marketing for campaigns and activations
