About Cake Bloom
Founded in 2020, Cake Bloom is the UAE’s first Korean-style cake brand.
We operate two branches and a kiosk shop(opening soon), continuously growing across Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities
- Decorate custom and celebration cakes to Cake Bloom standards
- Execute daily cake production and seasonal designs
- Maintain quality, consistency, and finishing standards
- Coordinate with FOH team for accurate order completion
- Follow hygiene and HACCP standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience as Cake Decorator (mandatory)
- Strong skills in fresh cream & buttercream decoration
- Korean/Japanese-style cakes preferred
- Experience with celebration & character cakes
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio or Instagram work profile required
