Job Title: Van Salesman

Job Summary:
The Van Salesman is responsible for selling and distributing company products directly to customers by driving a van along assigned routes. The role involves managing sales targets, collecting payments, maintaining stock levels in the van, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and sell products to retail outlets, supermarkets, or designated clients on a daily route.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Ensure the van is stocked with the appropriate products and quantities before starting the route.
- Visit the Ajman office once or twice a week for restocking and coordination.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect payments from customers as per company policy (cash, cheque, or credit).
- Issue proper invoices or receipts for all sales.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and pricing in the market.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery van.
- Handle customer complaints and report unresolved issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and submit reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or food & beverage sales.
- Valid UAE manual driving license (required).
- Good knowledge of sales and customer service practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Physical ability to load and unload products.
