Urban Consultant Jobs in الرياض at Jaarvis Technologies
Key Responsibilities:
Support urban planning and city development projects.
Develop and review master plans, urban strategies, and development frameworks. Conduct feasibility studies, land use analysis, and urban assessments.
Collaborate with government entities, developers, and other stakeholders on urban development initiatives.
Provide recommendations for sustainable urban growth and infrastructure development. Participate in city transformation and modernization programs.
Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations, planning standards, and urban development policies.
Required Skills:
4-5 years of experience in urban planning, urban development, or city transformation projects.
Strong understanding of urban planning principles, land use planning, and infrastructure development.
Experience working on master planning, urban design, or city development projects. Knowledge of Smart City concepts and sustainable urban development is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government entities, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience working on government or public sector projects is highly preferred.
Middle East project experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Design, or a related field. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Pay: ﷼30,000.00 per month
