Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sofa Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in sofa upholstery, cutting, stitching, padding, and finishing. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality upholstery work according to design specifications, ensuring comfort, durability, and excellent craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sofa upholstery including cutting, stitching, padding, and fabric/foam fitting.
- Measure and cut upholstery materials accurately as per design.
- Install foam, fabric, leather, and other upholstery materials neatly and professionally.
- Repair or replace damaged upholstery, cushions, and padding when required.
- Coordinate with carpentry teams during sofa assembly and finishing.
- Read and interpret design sketches or upholstery instructions.
- Ensure high quality standards and attention to detail in every piece.
- Maintain tools, sewing machines, and workshop cleanliness.
Requirements:
- proven experience as a sofa upholsterer in UAE or similar role in furniture production.
- Strong knowledge of different upholstery materials including fabric, leather, and foam types.
- Skilled in cutting, stitching, padding, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

نحن نبحث عن مُنجّد أرائك ماهر وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة عملية في تنجيد الأرائك بما يشمل القص، الخياطة، الحشو، والتركيب النهائي. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم أعمال تنجيد عالية الجودة وفقاً للتصميمات المحددة، مع ضمان الراحة والمتانة والحرفية الممتازة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ أعمال تنجيد الأرائك بما يشمل القص، الخياطة، الحشو، وتركيب القماش أو الجلد.
- قياس وقص مواد التنجيد بدقة حسب التصميم.
- تركيب الإسفنج، القماش، الجلد، وغيرها من مواد التنجيد بطريقة احترافية.
- إصلاح أو استبدال التنجيد التالف والمخدات والحشوات عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع فرق النجارة أثناء تركيب الأريكة والتشطيب.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات أو تعليمات التنجيد.
- ضمان معايير جودة عالية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل في كل قطعة.
- الحفاظ على الأدوات وماكينات الخياطة ونظافة الورشة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة مثبتة من 4 إلى 5 سنوات كمُنجّد أرائك داخل دولة الإمارات أو في مجال مشابه في صناعة الأثاث.
- معرفة قوية بأنواع مواد التنجيد مثل الأقمشة والجلود وأنواع الإسفنج.
- مهارة في القص، الخياطة، الحشو، والتشطيب.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.
