Projects Coordinator
Full job description
- Act as the main technical point of contact for all landscaping projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of technical specifications with project goals.
- Review and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions, gather data, and provide technical inputs.
- Evaluate soil, drainage, and environmental factors impacting project feasibility.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans.
- Facilitate communication among team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites to ensure compliance with engineering practices.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Identify potential technical challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on engineering matters related to designings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Mechanical engineering or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, designing , and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Prefer Philippines.
