We are looking for a Ukrainian-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic and growing sales team.
Job Summary
As a Ukrainian-Speaking Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, presenting suitable properties, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and managing transactions from initial enquiry through to closing.
You will primarily support Ukrainian-speaking clients and investors, while also working with our wider international client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Ukrainian-speaking buyers, investors, sellers, and property owners.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, lifestyle preferences, and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct professional property viewings and presentations.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding properties, communities, pricing, and market opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification to successful closing.
- Negotiate offers and transaction terms professionally.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, landlords, developers, and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, new developments, pricing, and investment trends.
- Work closely with internal departments, developers, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally and maintain a high standard of client service.
Requirements
- Fluent Ukrainian is required.
- Good command of English is required; Russian and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, property sales, luxury sales, hospitality, banking, automotive, or another client-facing sales environment is preferred.
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients.
- Strong sales and business development mindset.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
