Revenue Integrity ManagerFull Time

The firm of understanding of the governmental and non-governmental payment systems. This position will be responsible for assuring that the revenue integrity team to achieve and maintains the organization goal.

Enhance the effectiveness of patient net revenue realization and minimize revenue leakage
Enhance and maintain a properly functioning Revenue Cycle process through staff guidance, work integrity and team performance.
Review systems and processes to identify potential compliance issues and works with the appropriate departments to correct such issues.
Audit the ongoing daily operations of Revenue Cycle.
Ensure revenue capture processes and controls are in place and used.
Contribute to meet or exceed revenue and objective goals established for the department.
Assist in development, project management and implementation of process enhancements or health initiatives to enhance Revenue Cycle and compliance.
Perform other related duties as assigned to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and the organization.
Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome. Whenever required, conducts analysis and interpretation of data/information collected.

6 years and more experience in a hospital revenue Integrity with at least 2 years experience in a management position.
Bachelor?s Degree in Hospital Administration.
