KalSoft is currently looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with experience in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and delivering responsive, high-quality interfaces that enhance customer experience while aligning with business objectives and banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for banking applications and digital workflows.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and customer journey maps for digital banking solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, or similar platforms.
• Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design concepts during the design process.
• Design enterprise applications, business process workflows, and digital transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

• 
  Nationality: Any (Arabic Speaker Mandatory)
• 
  Experience: 4–8 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design concepts.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, business process workflows, or digital transformation solutions.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or workflow automation technologies is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, workflow designs, and user-centric digital solutions.
