Position
IT Support Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems while ensuring minimal downtime and excellent user support.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device problems.
- Respond to IT support requests through the ticketing system, email, phone, or in person.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors when required.
System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and business applications.
- Create, modify, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
Network Support
- Assist in maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewall connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors for network support.
Hardware Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
Security & Backup
- Ensure endpoint security by installing and updating antivirus and security software.
- Support backup and recovery procedures.
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and best practices.
Documentation
- Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, support requests, and system configurations.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Update the knowledge base for recurring technical issues.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and software support.
- Track service requests and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, or Cisco CCNA are an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support.
- Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per hour
