Tele sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales over the phone. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Responsibilities:
– **Generating Leads**: Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
– **Managing Customer Accounts**: Ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with the company’s products and services.
– **Processing Orders**: Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
– **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Receiving incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries.
– **Meeting Sales Targets**: Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
– **Maintaining Records**: Keeping accurate records of all calls made and received.
– **Liaising with Departments**: Working with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
### Requirements:
**Education**: High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience**: Fresher & Proven experience working as a tele sales executive.
**Skills**: Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
