Job Summary
ES Premier Uniforms & Sportswear is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have previous UAE sales experience in the apparel industry, uniforms industry, construction materials sales, building materials sales, industrial supplies, or related B2B sales sectors.
A valid UAE driving license is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop B2B client relationships
- Visit potential clients across Abu Dhabi and UAE
- Promote company products including uniforms, workwear, sportswear, apparel, and customized clothing solutions
- Identify client requirements and offer suitable uniform and sportswear solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals
- Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for samples, customization, production, and delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- Apparel industry
- Uniforms industry
- Construction materials sales
- Building materials sales in UAE
- Industrial supplies sales
- B2B sales executive experience in UAE
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in UAE is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and visit clients independently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE market
- Professional attitude and good client-handling skills
