Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, special events, weddings, airport transfers, and other high-demand services.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share for limousine services.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Cold call potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Provide personalized solutions to clients, advising on limousine services that best suit their needs.
Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Follow up with clients after services are completed to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future bookings.
Present detailed proposals, pricing options, and service offerings to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements and secure new contracts.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
Actively promote additional services (e.g., special events, VIP transportation) to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and service agreements.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Keep detailed notes of client preferences, bookings, and feedback for future reference.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the limousine and luxury transportation industry.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the limousine, hospitality, or transportation industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Knowledge of limousine services, pricing structures, and competitive offerings.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury or event transportation services.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with the local market and customer base.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
