Job description

Responsibilities of the Cashier:
* Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
* Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
* Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
* Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
* Redeem stamps and coupons.
* Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
* Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
* Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
* Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
* Keep monitoring Stock Movements and checking.
Requirements and skills
* Work experience in garments field as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role.
* Experience in sales and promoting the items.
* Basic knowledge in computer and good in EXCEL & WORD document.
* Familiarity with electronic equipment, like making sales invoices in the system using software and updating day to day sales in cash register and handling POS machines etc…
* Good math skills
* Inventory Knowledge for goods come in and out and managing the stock level and timely updating the management with up-to-date data’s.
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Customer satisfaction oriented.
* High school degree.
* Arabic Speaking is must to serve the Arab Customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

CASHIER: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

ARABIC AND ENGLISH (Preferred)
