About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team and grow our portfolio of small and medium-sized projects. This role combines technical HVAC knowledge with strong sales skills to generate business across ductwork installation, kitchen hood and duct cleaning, AC duct cleaning, and annual maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close small to medium-sized projects for PI and GI duct installation
- Develop kitchen hood cleaning and duct cleaning services
- Generate leads for AC duct cleaning services
- Secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for AC units
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings; prepare basic HVAC drawings/layouts as needed
- Visit client sites, conduct surveys, and prepare accurate quotations
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and relevant industry agencies
- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations/technical team to ensure smooth project handover and execution
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales (ductwork, duct cleaning, AC maintenance contracts)
- Must be able to read and prepare HVAC drawings
- Established network/links with relevant agencies, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Based in the UAE and available to travel across the Emirates for client visits
- English & Arabic is great advantage
What We Offer
- Salary: AED 5,500 – 7,500 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Attractive target-based commission of 5% of each project value after reaching the base monthly target
