- Handle air ticket bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds.
- Assist customers with UAE visas, visit visas, tourist visas and visa applications
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-in customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining booking records, preparing reports, tracking sales, payments, and other travel-related data.
- Experience in using B2B travel portals for flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa services, fare comparison, ticket issuance, amendments, and cancellations is an advantage.
Pay: AED1,900.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
