We are looking for an experienced Transport Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and drive best practices in transport safety operations. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, a solid safety management background, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee transport safety operations, ensuring compliance with Qatar’s safety laws.
- Conduct safety audits, vehicle inspections, and risk assessments.
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Provide safety training to drivers and staff.
- Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with local authorities for regulatory compliance.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications:
- NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health.
- Qatar Transport Safety Certificate (required).
- Qatar Safety & Environmental Management Certificate (preferred).
- OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 or equivalent.
- First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Defensive Driving Course.
- 2+ years of experience in transport safety and a valid Qatar driving license.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 – QAR4,000.00 per month
