Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused ERP Pre-Sales Consultant to support business development by understanding client requirements and recommending the most suitable ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis, with a strong ability to conduct product demonstrations, analyze business processes, and collaborate with the sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. Experience with ERPNext is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and operational requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and analyze business workflows to recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the features, functionality, and business value of ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to design and propose tailored ERP solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Provide functional guidance during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, solution documents, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Address customer queries, provide solution recommendations, and support the Sales team in handling technical and functional discussions.
- Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) activities and solution validation when required.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
- Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer expectations and project feasibility.
- Contribute to developing value propositions and sales strategies for different industries and business segments.
Product Knowledge & Market Research
- Stay updated with ERPNext features, product enhancements, and industry best practices.
- Monitor competitor solutions and market trends to strengthen solution positioning.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product and service improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre-sales, solution consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Human Resources, CRM, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting sales initiatives, preparing solution proposals, and delivering customer presentations.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
