Responsibilities:
– Interpret verbal communication during meetings, site visits, and negotiations between project teams and clients and other parties, for English and Chinese.
– Translate written documents including contracts, reports, and technical specifications accurately, for English and Chinese.
– Facilitate clear communication among multilingual teams, ensuring precise understanding of project requirements and safety protocols.
– Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers and workers and other parties to support effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
– Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information and technical terminology.
– Support cultural understanding and foster positive relationships between international teams and local stakeholders.
