Urgent Local Hiring :
Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) – Oil & Gas Experience Mandatory
Location: Head Office, Lusail
Duration: 3 Months&Extendable
Key Responsibilities:
Review piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, layouts, and project specifications to determine project requirements.
Perform quantity take-offs and material quantification from engineering drawings. Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-off reports to support tender estimates. Assist the Estimation Team in material take-offs, MTO verification, and bid preparation activities.
Required Qualificationa nd Skills:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in quantity take-offs within Oil & Gas, Industrial, EPC, or Construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Familiarity with piping materials, material grades, fittings, flanges, valves, and associated components.
Proficiency in quantity estimation and material take-off activities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. Good mathematical and geometrical understanding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off documentation.
