This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator at United Pharmaceuticals Company. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and facilitating training programs within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Communicate and support trainers and participants to ensure smooth program execution.

Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports on progress and attendance.

Manage talent management library and handle material coding for easy access and retrieval.

Conduct reporting and analytics to facilitate data-driven decisions.

Skills:

Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing).

Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Communication skills.

Time management skills.

Details-oriented and Problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Proven experience with administrative work or similar roles (minimum 1 year).

High attention to detail and adaptability to changing requirements.

Certificate in Learning & Development is a plus.
