BID Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at CKP Middle East Consultants
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents to identify submission requirements.
- Prepare proposal schedules and track deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and project information.
- Compile, format, and quality-check proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain bid templates, project references, CVs, and company credentials.
- Liaise with clients and consultants regarding tender clarifications and submission requirements.
- Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain proposal registers, submission trackers, and bid databases.
- Support post-submission follow-ups and document management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or a similar role.
- Experience within the hospitality, construction, engineering, architecture, or consultancy industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document management systems and tender portals is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
