BID Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at CKP Middle East Consultants

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process.
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents to identify submission requirements.
  • Prepare proposal schedules and track deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and project information.
  • Compile, format, and quality-check proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain bid templates, project references, CVs, and company credentials.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants regarding tender clarifications and submission requirements.
  • Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain proposal registers, submission trackers, and bid databases.
  • Support post-submission follow-ups and document management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or a similar role.
  • Experience within the hospitality, construction, engineering, architecture, or consultancy industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with document management systems and tender portals is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
