Job Summary:
The Training and Development Manager will oversee and plan all training and development activities in alignment with departmental objectives and the company’s strategic direction, ensuring that all goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update training strategies and execution plans.
Supervise all professional development activities for assigned projects.
Oversee the creation of study documents, frameworks, and the design of technical presentations.
Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external suppliers to meet client requirements and support execution plans.
Manage the execution of training programs both locally and internationally, collaborating with potential suppliers.
Handle all communication stages with candidates for training programs and projects, ensuring accuracy of their information and confirming receipt of invitations, training materials, locations, and all execution requirements.
Supervise the opening and closing of executed programs, gathering participant feedback and reporting it to relevant parties.
Ensure the readiness and effectiveness of training systems, updating them for initiatives and projects.
Continuously evaluate and improve training processes.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with quality standards as needed by programs and projects.
Manage the training team and delegate tasks according to assigned projects.
Participate in technical committees and evaluate suppliers and products based on projects and initiatives.
Manage the budget and monitor financial matters related to suppliers, ensuring smooth payment processes and addressing any internal obstacles.

Salary: 40K – 45K
